Volunteering with BAA
Since 1954, BAA has been run by countless volunteers passionate about youth sports and the community. BAA is committed to strengthening our community of families by working in an all-volunteer organization that bonds us together, instills integrity in our children, and keeps the cost of participation as low as possible.

| Vice President of Community Relations | Board Member, Executive Committee, and Community Relations Chair. |
| Level Director | Each sport has level directors for each level. All sports are looking for level directors at this time. |
| Equipment Director | Each sport has an Equipment Director for their sport. Current openings are: Flag Football (immediate for the 2025 season) and Floor Hockey (training in 2025 to take over for 2026 season). |
